Colin Firth–Bridget Jones’s Diary

Today i will not talk about the Tiffany jewelry ,i will tell you about the film–Bridget Jones’s Diary.

I think the story is very good comparing it to almost any other romantic story that we see in films these days.the other ones are generally very cheesy and ost likely never to happen in real life anyway. This one resembles more of a natural thing to it, which is why I like it so much.
Bridget Jones’s Diary(2001): Bridget Jones (Zellweger) is a 30-something London publishing assistant who finds it difficult to find love, partially due to her many indulgences (smoking, rinking, eating, talking, etc.). She resolves to try to clean up her act, and to help keep track of her progress, she keeps a diary of her daily ctivities. Things begin looking up when the boss in her office (Hugh Grant, Nine Months) begins taking a fancy to her, but things are going so perfectly he actually expects the worst (and just may get it). Also having to deal with her oddball friends makes maintaining focus difficult, especially due to her hildhood annoyance Mark (Colin Firth, Londinium), who always seems to have something unhelpful to say at the worst possible times.

I absolutely LOVED this movie and Mark Darcy (Colin Firth).I have been laughing for days after seeing it the second time and completely intend to see it again.Colin Firth is one of the est actors I’ve seen in a while, and watching him the second time convinced me only more that he is brilliant.I have to say I enjoyed Bridget Jones’ Diary mmensely. This is a very enjoyable and funny movie. As I was watching I felt sorry for Bridget, but I could also imagine myself getting into similar ituations.

You thought the last movie was happily ever after? You thought wrong! Bridget and Mark are now together but for how long?
Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason(2004): The story picks up four weeks after the first film, and already Bridget Jones is becoming uncomfortable in her relationship with Mark Darcy. In London, the lumsy, fat and insecure Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger) is in love with the human rights lawyer Mark Darcy (Colin Firth), but they break their commitment ue to her jealousy. Bridget travels to Thailand with Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant) to shoot a show, and she gets involved in a serious international incident, and is saved by Mark. Bridget Jones realizes that Mark really loves her, and she had no reason to be jealous.

Just saw the film and I have to say that it is better than the first one…it seemes as if there is much more going on. This is a type of a movie that many women can relate to so it is almost natural that men will never like the movie, but hey… Well, I think that the vie was just great and had a lot of fun watching it.For many women, when you strip away the mundane details and “other faces” that surround the life of bad luck Bridget, they see someone who resembles themselves. That is why I believe that if you loved the first film, then from the beginning watching this movie may have the feel of sitting down with a dear friend whom you have not seen in ages.

People who like the “Bridget Jones’s Diary” also look at: Pride And Prejudice (BBC).
